New York real-estate board to open listings to buyers (San Diego Daily Transcript via Yahoo! News)
NEW YORK -- The Real Estate Board of New York, whose members include the biggest brokers Corcoran Group and Prudential Douglas Elliman, will open property listings to buyers in 2007, ending exclusivity in the most expensive U.S. urban market.
